Nowadays, Beijing Xinhua Printing House has been transformed into a high-quality cultural innovation space in Xicheng District . Retaining and continuing historical and cultural attributes while meeting new needs has become the core design intent. We pay more attention to people's understanding and usage of space, and construct a new spatial order that referring to the cultural genes.Through collecting and recycling site original materials, while preserving the historical imprint, we create space narrative through constructing gardens to disclose the meaning of time and culture.
