The overall layout of the project adopts the planning logic of "front courtyard and back yard" style, and the spatial sequence is gradually unfolded by borrowing the construction technique of Chinese classical gardens, which is creating different scenes at different space and taking a step to enjoy a view. Concise architectural form, far-reaching large roof, the combination of hollow and solid facade effect and modern materials and technology practices are adopted to try to create light, varying and modern Chinese facade effect.
