The project is located in the core of Guangming District, northern Shenzhen, an important strategic area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and a window of Shenzhen to the outside world. Matrix design hopes to add green plant to the project with modern, artistic design and natural rhythm, integrating luxury and nature. With the long-life design, the project providing an urban living area full of vitality expresses the concept of sustainable life.
