The project proposes, through its architectural design, a functional and aesthetically outstanding building with an unmistakable appearance, in which mass and materiality are exposed in a solution that personalizes the home. Through the design, visual finishes have been created, in addition, to offering beautiful atmospheres with the management of architectural elements, delimiting the spatiality/property of the users. The building was designed in a modular way based on the complete construction and structure of orange-tinted concrete, it was resolved through a passive energy strategy.
