The shelter on Sólon street is a social housing project for homeless people, which was developed in partnership with the city of São Paulo, after the COVID pandemic. Taking as a base a vacant property in the central region of the city, the project develops through the ground floor and three other floors of the factory to work on the issue of social housing. The project intends to give shelter to 540 individuals, in 127 capsule prefabricated modules, and start a readaptation journey with the city hall program where the citizen's economic and social conditions will be restructured.
