The project goals were to create a majestic centre hall French manor home with three parking spots. In addition, we wanted to make sure to fulfill the clients’ extensive wishlist, while always providing the comforts of elevated luxury living. Faced with the city’s planning limitations, we creatively brainstormed “out of the box” designs that integrated the various features. 27 Cividale has proven to succeed in the elevated luxury housing market niche.
