The project is located on the seaside of Qingdao Inner Bay, where the deserted industrial coast has been left for a long time. Under the new urbanization trend along the coastline, designers hoped to give the site a new blueprint for coastal life. The project was led and promoted by the government and the developer China Resources, which became a park and an art center opened to the public. The site extracted Mediterranean waves, islands, pine forests and other elements to arrange spaces, convey the aesthetic and romantic atmosphere of the coast, and create the memory of the whole site.
