A 5 year, 4 phase plan was undertaken to completely renovate and rejuvenate the Belfield Office Park. The core of the works are the deep retrofit and extension of Blocks 1, 2 & 3 to create a HQ standard building on par with any new city centre development. Adding shelter to the courtyards was one of the primary additions as part of the masterplan works to provide meeting spaces, both formal and casual, for the office workers to congregate within a richly landscaped setting providing the opportunity for the tenants to use the spaces throughout the year.
