The Metropolia residential development is a large-scale project by MR Group. The main task for UTRO team was to fill the post-industrial area with natural elements and create a special space for children with art objects. We wanted the territory to be densely planted with trees, so chose birch, red-leaved maples, columnar elms and poplars as leading plants. A playground for children has no other equivalent. Playful art objects were designed exclusively for the Metropolia project by a local artist. The area turned out to be diverse and interesting for children of all ages.
