A former tiny farm house, was the origin for this stunning new home. Due to building regs the original shape of the farm house had to be kept , hence the butterfly roof. Additional 260 sqm were added. A new build with big roof overhangs connecting through a spacious entrance-cube that allows the most magnificent views over the water feature that seams to connect with the sea. The client brief was to have sea view from every room and maximal privacy to the road. Open space living areas, build with energy-efficient insulated concrete forms (ICF) the house obtained energy rating A+.
