yokun" is a design for a mechanism that makes people aware of the sense of smell by visualizing fragrance. By synchronizing the invisible fragrance with soap bubbles emitted from the jar, it encourages people to pay attention to their sense of smell, which they are rarely aware of in their daily lives. Furthermore, by drawing out the act of "smelling," the project aims to prevent the age-related decline in the sense of smell that will affect 15 million people in Japan in 2040, when the population is expected to be aging.
