Carenet is a more accurate, connected, and accessible tool for vulnerable citizens to find the resources they need. Existing care networks are inaccurate, outdated, and not owned by the community. Carenet provides a dynamic learning network based on social determinants that provide an integrated recommendation engine to connect users to resources they may not be aware of. Through secure user profiles, CareNet helps vulnerable community members store necessary documents—serving as a digital passport for local social services.
