In the Hitra project, the main design criterion was redefining the possible answers to the existing limitations and regulations by reevaluating the morphology of a typical office building in Tehran alongside defining a new material. The optimization of the natural lighting and view was caused by relocating the central void to the surface, connecting people to the office zone through the welcoming entrance.
