The nitride processed iron pot using double-layer composite materials outshines the heavy and rust-prone traditional counterparts. With the aluminum outer layer and the iron inner layer, the 1kg pot is at least half lighter than a common one, realizing easy tossing, uniform and effective heat conduction, and less oil smoke. Thanks to the high-temperature nitride treatment, its surface overcomes the technical difficulty - material melting point, whose 30μm-thick nitriding layer is 3 times thicker than that of traditional iron pots, improving rust prevention, scratch resistance and durability.
