This project called for a design that is unique to its context incorporating advanced technologies in building performance and construction. The premise influenced our design to focus on high-performance automotive and marine architecture and how hydrodynamics and aerodynamics shape forms and contribute to the occupants' physical and psychological mobility. By utilizing intelligent systems distribution and effective use of natural resources, the project aims to be in flux with its environment and to minimize its reliance on air conditioning, site water runoff, and energy consumption.
