For Brasserie Dubillot, B3 Designers created a stunning space that instantly rings French brasserie, but with a modern take and a strong narrative based on the co-founder's family - the Dubillot family, who arrived in Paris from the French countryside. Deep, rich colour has been juxtaposed with plush seating and bold textures, along with bespoke illustrated tiles and a stained-glass ceiling feature, and curated artwork & frames. The neon display on the window is reminiscent of Paris's infamous brothels, complemented by bright signage, floral shopfront, and a classic awning.
