koba is a group active in real estate development throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with a national and international clientele. Oria is a high end real estate project located in Luxembourg.Designed like an upscale case, closed with a blue ribbon, the covers printed in letterpress and silver Pantone unfold once the ribbon is untied like an accordion or read page by page.The production of this document, the result of artisanal know-how, was a real technical challenge. A brochure that is singular and almost not one, an object at the service of the architecture of an exceptional place.
