The new restaurant venue is in a old wooden house. It was used as a Japanese style bar. We removed existing walls and ceiling, and then only flamework remained in the interior. The centre area in the house has one big void from the ground floor to the first floor. We set a big counter for 8 guests; his stage; and created a huge impact wall on his back in the high celling void. We thought we need to take advantage of the dynamics of the void. Finally we created an incredible thousands of kitchenware wall. It should become an element which shines his dishes and himself.
