The site is regular, occupying a plot area of 4,778.37m². Water channels around the site become a natural “moat” for the buildings. The project is a Grade-1 fire station with a gross floor area of 5,023.36m², and can accommodate 8 fire trucks. In response to surrounding fish ponds and pastoral landscapes, the buildings are set back. The project is known as the “fire station with beautiful seascape”, where people can overlook the sea.
