In the rapidly developing China, there's a group of "new urban elites" with diverse taste and aesthetics, who come from a background of traditional culture, and embrace international trends. In this project, AVAD uses rational and precise techniques, met with elegant and artistic design, to stand out in terms of detail and quality, and to create urban elites' ideal lifestyle illustration with unique spatial charm. The design follows contemporary residential trends closely, to create a urban aesthetic frame of reference.
