Drawing inspiration from the ocean, the designers emphasized the importance of circulation by bringing air and light into every section of the space. The large open office area is surrounded by glass curtain walls on three sides. It retains the ceiling design of the original architectural space. The exposed concrete ceiling and light as well as neat pipe structures reflect the casual, unaffected characteristics of the interior design. The space in the middle accommodates shared and leisure functions. Parts of the heavy wall are replaced by a large area of glass with the thin borderline hidden.
