The building is located on the waterfront. The design combines the characteristics of the site and blends naturally with the surrounding mountains and seas. The height of the building conforms to the height difference between the north and the south of the site, hoping to share the sea view with the city. The architectural shape is like a folded and undulating "streamer", conforming to the shape of the waves and mountains. Looking down from the mountain, the broken-line building covered by greenery seems to be hidden in the natural environment, reflecting the respect for nature and people.
