Landscape Urbanism, landscape as a medium of urbanism. This project investigates new modes of urban resilience and sustainability, which propose ecological urban synthesis and infrastructure. The transformed landscape would not only protect the land from flooding but also adapt the regions to sea level rise. Additionally, it will reproduce the urban ecosystem in the area, which features dynamic urban form and landscape. This urban transformation could be a new possible solution for the urban adaptation as landscape urbanism, achieving long-term sustainability in New York City.
