Capitaland Nuohemule is located in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia. The initial renovation challenge was how to utilize the existing structure and fire protection system so that the rather oppressive experience induced by long and narrow atriums can be relieved and re-imagined. Many green garden platforms and staggered openings at horizontal levels are created, balance the high maintenance cost of vertical gardening. The ten thousand square meter natural space consists of stream landscape, Japanese rock garden, sky garden and Amazon rain forest landscape vertically and adjacently on each level.
