This is a two story Japanese style house by rebuilding a vacant house where client’s grandfather used to live in. This memorable site is surrounded by nature like bamboo forest. Client often welcome guests from overseas, and wanted to use it as a guesthouse where the guests can experience the goodness of true Japanese traditional culture and Japanese manner. In addition, it will be used as a weekend house away from hectic work days in the city. Using traditional Japanese architectural styles and cultural details give space more rich and meaningful for residents.
