An office building is shooting out like a rocket at a cross section at Helsfyr in Oslo, starting off a revitalization of a former industrial area. To meet the clients desires for full optimalization of the plot, it was important to create a façade with a playful and dynamic character that would not feel overwhelming but stand out giving the area a new identity. The façade is creating an arcade on the ground floor expanding the sidewalk. Energy and flexibility has been a priority, creating a solution easily adjustable to future needs. The project has been certified with BREEAM Excellent.
