As part of Fisher Brothers’ modernization of 1345 Avenue of the Americas (also known as the Alliance Bernstein Building), a 50-story office tower overlooking Central Park and designed by Emery Roth & Sons and built in 1969, Rockwell Group created amenity spaces on the building’s lower level. Influenced by Emery Roth’s glass tower designed in the International Style, Rockwell Group has re-envisioned midcentury modern design to create a hospitality space.
