The project is a 120 key, 5-star resort at the northern Islands of Hurghada region known as Tawila Island, setting a benchmark project for the region in terms of the resort experience. The logistics for constructing a remote island was the main challenge for this project. Locally sourced material to reduce delivery time for the construction which are lighter & quickly manufactured were key choices the design team had to face. A Back of House area is required for the island to work remotely from the mainland served with staff accommodation, sewage treatment plant, & desalination plant.
