Happy Factory reinvents gift hampers for the time-poor. Each quirky pack contains unique treasures sourced from around the world. Our challenge was to inject colour and offbeat humour into this naughty-but-nice identity so the unwrapping experience was as delightful as the gifts. From factory signage with cheeky twist, a geometric brand system unfolded. A dynamic logo with googly eyes follows you around the online store. Through user testing, we ensured human touches are added to each step of the gifting journey, from custom gift cards and tissue paper, to sticker seals and social media.
