A bridge was designed as a cultural pavilion on the creek to connect villagers living on the both sides. Since some government-guided renovation has started on the east bank, the bridge can be implemented as a strategic start toward the revitalization for the west bank. The bridge is multi-functional, a pedestrian bridge for the local people and a leisure pavilion for the out comers to take a rest . It is far more than a low-cost built bridge, which also reflects the recognition of the inherently infrastructural nature of rural public architecture.
