Socrates were appointed to create a name, brand and collateral for a substantial commercial office building in La Défense, Paris. Designed to have a strong point of view, the brand has a bold and ownable colour palette with contrasting typefaces and a graphic pattern inspired by the building’s architecture. At the core of each design was the adoption of two manifestos, one on people and their priorities and another on what a building should aspire to be. Underpinned by social media, printed literature and film, the project also included a marketing suite refurbished from a former London bus.
