Socrates were appointed to produce a name, brand and collateral for a new residential apartment tower at the heart of Elephant Park. Based around origami, a butterfly was chosen to reflect the proximity to green space and overarching rebirth of the area. Creating an elegant, casebound brochure, the metallic colour theme includes bronze, green and purple to underpin the quality of the apartments. Divided into distinct chapters, the edge painted brochure includes a day in the life photography and has a unique dust jacket that unfolds into a poster illustrating how to make the origami butterfly.
