The reception hall on the first floor is an extension of the relationship between the water court and the building. The transparent glass is derived from the building material, the overall color reflect each and show the different levels through texture. The designer intends to create a "transparent box" that is completely integrated into the environment during the day and has no boundary with the water court, while the second floor as the main body floats on the water and the night is like a warm light on the water bank.
