Our scope was to redesign the MKSynergy application for data entry by alarm dealers, make it user friendly and increase the users. We followed a comprehensive design process to understand the existing system and to create a design ensuring the achievement of project & business goals. From our research, we found issues in behaviour and visual nature of the portal. We used our expertise to create a fresh portal with intuitive information flows. Each part of the portal was handcrafted from icons to illustrations such that it was a consistent, refreshing and delightful experience.
