A condominium campaign for a modern 18 story glass and steel condominium development located in the Distillery District of Toronto. Apex Developments commissioned Mardini Design to create an invigorating brand campaign utilizing design and a printed takeaway sales toolkit targeted towards younger couples. In this entry, the booklet brochure was a takeaway sales tool at the presentation sales centre. The booklet provides vivid colours, imagery, and key messaging with just enough information to leave a potential client intrigued.
