The Life Art Plaza project is a community center park trying to carry on the new region's planning goal, to create and connect a continuous public open space system for the community. The design team is inspired by Chongqing's featured traditional public open space system consisted of the street, the alley, the yard, and the terrace, and creatively combined the modern landscape design with the system's social space pattern and cultural symbols. The project's outcome thoughtfully enhanced the local eco-system, cultural heritage, and community integration most poetically and aesthetically.
