The project is next to the river and has very good natural surroundings. The community take landscapes as the design concept, embodies the beauty of nature. The sales center is in the south of community land, so people can appreciate the beauty of river along with the Binhe North Road. Consequently, the original design concepts are concise, grand, merging with nature and surroundings.The design need strong visual impact and distinguishable characteristics, which are known as the landmarks. It need to embody the features of the sales center through concise shape and material language.
