The project occupies a land area of 40,310 ㎡, among which the Phase I is 32,269㎡. The project has a gross floor area of 44,861㎡. It’s by far the largest comprehensive social welfare center in Shenzhen, housing the children’s home and the old people’s home. The design conforms to the terrain, high in the north and low in the south, and cleverly adopts a north-south architectural layout. The corridors are designed to connect the different multi-story buildings in the project. The medical building is located at the centre of the project, so it could better serve the children and the old people.
