The Historic Adobe Structure from 1900 is located in a mixed-use low density neighborhood. This new studio space has a double height interior space, and four windows facing east (an orientation desert dwellers appreciate).The remodel entailed the removal of layers of time and the careful rehabilitation of precious elements, while seeking to conserve historical authenticity and structural integrity. In support of the historic structure and its new use as Lighting Design Studio, new lighting elements were of the highest quality, inherently functional, strong in expression, minimal in aesthetic.
