The design team and Hangzhou Vanke proposed this new idea of sales center, which is committed to providing a better life experience. A single sales space gradually evolves to meet the needs of social public services; the traditional guide and explanation gives way to brand service recognition and community life experience; the service relationship with customers has also transitioned from split-level to parallel-level. Through constant communication and feedback, lots of inspirations have been gained to provide new operation concepts for public spaces in the community.
