An existing client we had worked with for many years, approached us to create a product identity for home appliances, a new product category they wanted to enter. What they were after was to make smart home appliances that solved everyday issues with class and ease. The product to launch this new category was a vacuum sealer. The client already was manufacturing ODM units for other brands, so they had an excellent understanding of the technology and its limitations.
