During the time of COVID-19, Taiwan has outstanding performance in battling the virus with lots of steps ahead, which are mostly done by the application of big data and AI technology. For example, every citizen can register to buy mask online and then obtain it with the ID card number. Therefore, it ensures almost everyone to be equally able to buy masks and makes life continue as usual. So, I think Taiwan, especially Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan, is qualified to be called a "resilient city" as defined by the NGO "100 Resilient City"(http://100resilientcities.org/resources/#section-1).
