The project is part of a distillery manor of Luzhou Laojiao located in a Mountain with beautiful landscape views. The design creates one buried zig-zag linkage walkway to restore and stabilize the slopes on-site, and another overlaid zig-zag planted channel to collect and infiltrate stormwater, which is used for irrigation and landscape cleaning on site. It used low-tech construction methods and basic material to achieve the design outcome in a limited budget. The landscape becomes an eternal phenomenon blending with the red soil on the hill.
