The office complex “Wave 25” aims to enrich the quality of the typical office space. Taking the inspiration of the sea, a place where joy and fulfillment are met. The idea morphs into an organic shape, on the inside broad spaces with free circulations for the private side of the program and on the outside the continuation of the street is met with an esplanade in which a statue is helds, managing to create a public space where pedestrians are attracted to use the surroundings. The sculpture is a collaboration with Kai, who helped us designed a representation of the core values of the city.
