This building is of 13-floor high and has a wider building volume, several vertical column arrangements are applied for the external design to create the outstanding ratio for the building, as well as to allow the building with a vertically upward visual image in order to compromise the wider and shorter feeling of the building volume itself. Art Deco style elements are adopted for the building vocabularies, where extended Art Deco style vocabularies can be seen in the column arrangement design, the building details, as well as the protruding roof form and on the whole.
