The building has 5 floors and 45 households, composed of 25 households bordering the street and 20 households beside the community. To present the façade resembling the Art-Deco granite castle, the designer decorates the building exterior with the contemporary style of stones that manifest the modern and modest ambience. With the metal railings plated with the family crests, the building exposes the composed, luxurious and laid-back charms of space.
