A weekend residence differs from a vacation house or just a lodging facility but it also provide for a functional lifestyle. To bring out the characteristics of the site's structure, three different-leveled slabs has been arranged. By penetrating the core into these three slabs, they are connected and it also functions as a device for gravity ventilation to provide a comfortable indoor space. The different-leveled slabs enables to gain both the view from the sloped land and the direct relationship with the earth – through gardening etc.,and together they form the one building.
