We created the Corujas building complex with a set of specific criteria: we wanted a place where workers of different offices could enjoy vast and pleasant socializing spaces, where everyone could see each other, that was largely occupied by vegetation of all kinds, and that, aside from the workspace of each individual office, almost every one of them had balconies for external meetings (very adequate for São Paulo’s warm and slightly humid climate) and private gardens.
